The Collector Virtual is responsible for contacting customers, negotiating payment plans, and ensuring that payments are made on time. The Collector Virtual must be knowledgeable about the company’s policies and procedures, as well as the laws and regulations governing debt collection. Detailed Job Description The Collector Virtual is responsible for contacting customers who have overdue accounts and negotiating payment plans. The Collector Virtual must be able to explain the company’s policies and procedures to customers, as well as the laws and regulations governing debt collection. The Collector Virtual must be able to effectively communicate with customers and negotiate payment plans that are acceptable to both the customer and the company. The Collector Virtual must also be able to document all customer interactions and payments in the company’s database. Job Skills Required
