Performs varied and responsible duties requiring considerable judgement in making technical decisions and in enforcing regulations.

Must receive Erosion and Sediment control certification within six (6) months of employment

Knowledge of or the ability to learn the department’s policies and procedures

Ability to maintain confidentiality and to exercise discretion in performing assigned job duties
