Fills in on a temporary basis for the Department Manager overseeing the operation and other supervisors.

6-9 years’ experience including minimum 1 year as team lead /supervisor

Effective written and verbal communication skills–Must possess strong problem solving,

Supervises day-to-day activities within operations in a quality manner during all scheduled work hours.

Supervises quality technicians to ensure equipment is being processed correctly and in a timely manner.

Coordinate and ensures accuracy of inbound equipment put in-check

The CNA demonstrates time management and prioritization of tasks.

Must have good communication skills

The CNA provides direct resident care and report condition changes to RN or LPN while also charting in POC system.

Must be in good standing on the State Nursing Assistant registry or appropriate entity

Must be able to read, write and communicate in English

Undertake primary case management responsibilities for designated patients.

Experience in counseling and case management important. Demonstrated experience working as part of a multi-disciplinary team essential.

Demonstrated education, training or experience in the criminal thinking model

Adequate written skills to accurately complete required documentation within the time frames prescribed

Skilled in conducting individual, family and group counseling

Work hours prescribed by the Coordinator and any additional hours deemed necessary for the responsibilities assigned.

Undertake primary counselor responsibilities for designated patients.

Conduct assessments, individual, group, and family counseling and educational sessions for patients and/or family members.

Experience working in a warehouse environment (e.g., order selector/picking product storage, product staging, powered pallet jack/forklifts, etc.)

Experience working in a team environment (e.g., cooperating with co-workers, joint problem solving, etc.)

Mark load ticket for out of stock items

Wrap pallet when pallet/load is finished

Turn in paper work with order for check before loading and have truck checked

Stage pallet and/or load into truck when ready

(Equivalent combinations of education, licenses, certifications and/or experience may be considered)

Assist the Store Manager by providing input into the Recruitment, Selection, Training and Performance Management and Discipline/Termination of employees.

Successful completion of certification testing as needed.

One year experience supervising others in a fast food, restaurant, retail or convenience operation preferred.

Any other legally required certification

Friday - 11am - 8:00pm
