Overview Club Staff are responsible for providing excellent customer service to guests and members of a club. They are responsible for ensuring that the club is running smoothly and efficiently, and that all guests and members are having a great time. Club Staff must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to multi-task. Detailed Job Description Club Staff are responsible for greeting guests and members upon arrival, providing them with information about the club, and ensuring that all guests and members are having a great time. They must be able to handle any customer service issues that may arise, as well as handle any complaints or requests from guests and members. Club Staff must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to multi-task. They must also be able to work with a variety of people, including guests, members, and other staff.
