Front Desk Staff - Advocate Centre Club - Gurnee

As-needed/fill-in/substitute with hours depending on demand

On-call schedule 4:00PM - 10:15PM & weekends

HealthFitness is looking for a Front Desk Attendant to join the team at our community client site located in Gurnee, IL. In this position, you will greet, check-in and assist customers; provide program information, services, membership and ensure the highest possible level of customer service and participant satisfaction.

What You’ll Provide

• Previous customer service experience a plus.
• Adult CPR/AED certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required.
• This client site requires full COVID-19 vaccination as an essential job function. HealthFitness adheres to all federal, state and local COVID-19 vaccination regulations as well as all client COVID-19 vaccination requirements and will obtain the necessary information from candidates prior to employment to ensure compliance. Candidates must be able to perform all essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation. Failure to meet the vaccination requirement may result in rescission of an employment offer or termination of employment.
• Flu vaccination required by Fall 2023.
