Implement a risk assessment process by developing and owning the annual internal audit plan for Platform IT processes

Driving defined strategic initiatives from end-to-end focused on building out foundational capabilities and business growth

Experience creating strategic frameworks, conducting strategic planning exercises, and driving large, complex, cross-functional initiatives

Collaborating with other departments to understand their technology needs and ensure that IT solutions are aligned with their requirements.

Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in IT, and sharing this knowledge with team members.

Experience working with multi-site locations, ideally more than 50 locations and working in a M&A environment, experience with Zenoti

10 years of experience in IT, with a proven track record of managing IT systems and infrastructure.

Strong technical knowledge of IT systems, including hardware, software, and network systems.

Experience managing IT budgets, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to support business needs.

Knowledge and experience in finance, specifically in emerging markets area and corporate finance

Communicate with client's management team to enhance relationship and manage business risk

Manage a portfolio of existing clients and prospecting for new technology industry clients

Coordinate with credit approvers and underwriting team to grow and manage a portfolio of Middle Market Technology Clients

10+ years of banking experience, business origination/sales, credit and product training, preferably with money center banks

Client Banking Tech industry work experience is preferred

Manage the day-to-day activities of the Operations Team.

Manage all ongoing infrastructure operations for the System including, but not limited to, planning, reporting, performance monitoring, and Capacity Planning/sizing.

Bachelors with 16-18 yrs of experience, Masters with 14+ yrs of experience, Phd with 10+ yrs of experience

Operate the System infrastructure in compliance with SLAs.

Work with the Client to resolve all System issues related to ongoing System operations and outages.

Work with the Client to meet the timely request and implementation for infrastructure (System Hardware/ Software) upgrades.
