8 years of experience in software development and data structures/algorithms.

5 years of experience testing, and launching software products, and 3 years of experience with software design and architecture.

5 years of experience building and developing infrastructure, distributed systems or networks, compute technologies, storage, or hardware architecture.

3 years of experience in a technical leadership role leading project teams and setting technical direction.

3 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization involving cross-functional or cross-business projects.

·Strong organization skills to manage multiple timelines and complete tasks quickly within timeline and budget constraints

·Develop related software applications and programs to satisfy customer requirements.

·Use AngularJS to apply frontend business requirements

·Assist in gathering requirements and project specifications

·Communicate project status and deliverables with managers and clients.

·Manage project tasks, timelines, and communication.

Knowledge of identity management and familiarity with such technologies as Ping Federate and Okta.

Experience with application frameworks, vulnerability management in software development, and associated proactive tools used in the SDLC.

Experience of vulnerability management and SIEM tools.

Previous experience with identity management solutions preferred but not essential.

Undergoes ongoing training to update appropriate Public Cloud security skills and knowledge.

Translates technical requirements into business requirements.

Open, manage, and resolve Oracle Service Requests with Oracle Support

Performing package deployments in Oracle Cloud based applications – DSS, NMS etc.

Develop java-based customizations including Service Programs, Change Handlers, User Exits, and Maintenance Extensions

Develop custom solutions (Extensions, Interfaces, and Integrations) using OUAF (Oracle Utilities Application Framework)

Develop interfaces like Inbound Web Services or XAI services, Outbound Messages, Web Service Adapter, File Extracts / Uploads, Sync Requests, etc.

Design, development and maintenance of Reports, Data Conversions, and Interfaces to/from Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications

Experience delivering solutions that meet Public Sector security and compliance requirements such as FedRAMP, DoD Impact Levels, or Risk Management Framework.

Experience with the Cloud market and the Public Sector (e.g., government, healthcare, education, defense).

4 years of experience implementing and customizing vendor software and building custom internal applications through full system implementation life-cycles.

4 years of experience in technical integration and configuration with enterprise level CRM systems and tools.

Experience programming in Java, C++, Python, Web Services (e.g., RESTful, SOAP), and SQL.

4 years of experience with Deltek Costpoint.

4+ years of experience with AWS Cloud, Azure, or Google Cloud

3+ years of experience with designing, modifying, developing, writing, and implementing software applications that are deployed in the Cloud

3+ years of experience in software development with programming languages, technologies, tools, or web development stacks

Experience with Zero Trust Architected solutions

Experience with writing source code for new applications or generating and enhancing code samples for existing applications

Experience with using back-end and front-end languages to develop complete solutions
