Description:

Responsibilities/Job Duties//Qualifications:

  • Troubleshooting the runtime facing issues performance degradation, JVMs start up issues, SSL handshake issues, heap memory, database connection issues and all by checking logs.
  • Configure and setup Oracle WebLogic version, Oracle Databases
  • Resolves escalated problems and identifies and recommends responses to new or unusual situations.
  • Configuration Tools-based customizations including Portals, Service Scripts, Plugin Scripts etc.
  • Develop interfaces like Inbound Web Services or XAI services, Outbound Messages, Web Service Adapter, File Extracts / Uploads, Sync Requests, etc.
  • Performing package deployments in Oracle Cloud based applications – DSS, NMS etc.
  • Develop java-based customizations including Service Programs, Change Handlers, User Exits, and Maintenance Extensions
  • Install, Patch and Support Oracle utility products like DSS, NMS, etc
  • Maintains system documentation and logs.
  • Application development using VBCS, OIC & App composer using security frameworks, utilizing variety of technologies, including, web services (SOAP, REST, WSDL, XML, JSON, and other API standards), and API-driven design
  • Open, manage, and resolve Oracle Service Requests with Oracle Support
  • Design, development and maintenance of Reports, Data Conversions, and Interfaces to/from Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications
  • Troubleshoot incidents reported by end-users, escalating where necessary to schedule system changes, and discussing resolutions with end-users to arrive at a permanent solution
  • Develop custom solutions (Extensions, Interfaces, and Integrations) using OUAF (Oracle Utilities Application Framework)
  • Implement security standards for cloud applications
  • Develop and maintain functional and technical design documentation
  • Design, and develop APIs for cloud, on-premises, and hybrid solutions using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
