Closing Document Review Specialist Jobs

Strong attention to detail and time management skills, specifically with collecting, organizing, and sorting letters and numbers

HS Diploma AND two (2) years of experience in Commercial Lending, Compliance, Loan Service, or Asset Management.

Bachelor's degree in a related concentration such as Business Administration, Finance and commercial lending experience preferred.

Collects, organizes, reviews and manages the completion of legal documents and due diligence materials including financial statements both pre- and post-closing.

Performs all other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

High level of attention to detail, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Experience in computer-based data entry is preferred but not required

Remote, reviewers must reside within the United States.

Experience in electronically reviewing documents using our various review platforms including Relativity, Canopy, and Nebula is preferred but not required

Experience utilizing Microsoft Office, specifically Microsoft Excel

Experience with medical billing/coding or experience as medical records technician is desired

Proficient in the use of modern technology, especially computers, and related remote work office equipment

The pay range is $30-$36 per hour and is dependent on skill level and experience.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including table and chart formatting skills and use of functionality such as pivot tables and charts.

Significant prior experience with Relativity and AI tools.

At least 2 years of Relativity experience.
