Overview Closing Crew Members are responsible for closing the store at the end of the day. They are responsible for ensuring that the store is secure, clean, and ready for the next day. They must also complete any tasks assigned by the store manager. Detailed Job Description Closing Crew Members are responsible for closing the store at the end of the day. This includes ensuring that all customers have left the store, that all merchandise is properly secured, and that the store is clean and ready for the next day. Closing Crew Members must also complete any tasks assigned by the store manager, such as restocking shelves, cleaning the store, and organizing merchandise. Job Skills Required Closing Crew Members must have excellent customer service skills, as they will be interacting with customers throughout the day. They must also have strong organizational skills, as they will be responsible for organizing the store and ensuring that all merchandise is properly secured. Additionally, Closing Crew Members must be able to work independently and follow instructions from the store manager. Job Qualifications Closing Crew Members must have a high school diploma or equivalent. They must also have experience working in a retail environment.
