Clinical Trial Support Specialist I Jobs in Tennessee

Has advanced knowledge of Medicare and state Medicaid coverages of DME and supplies

Passion for helping patients with physical, developmental and intellectual disabilities

3+ years' experience in a healthcare environment, medical back office experience preferred

Direct experience working with DME greatly preferred

Experience delivering persuasive messaging and empathy.

Experience with conflict resolution, defusing, and de-escalating calls

    Proactively develop deep knowledge of technical concepts, processes, and procedures.

Experience working with TCPIP and Microsoft Networking.

Experience providing customer service and consulting around complex system issues.

Experience supporting business teams around IT needs.

Certification in A+, Network, Windows, or Apple preferred

    Responsible for installation, maintenance and troubleshooting computer systems and networks.
