Clinical Supplies Specialist Jobs

Strong organizational, time management and interpersonal skills

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field

Manage the communication of inventory issues with warehouse operations

5+ years of experience in procurement, ideally with the recent experience in supplies procurement for a retail company

Knowledge of Power BI is a plus

Experience operating in a best-in-class procurement P2P system (e.g., SAP Ariba, Oracle, Scout/Workday)

Effectively leads supplier relationships management, including executive business reviews and continuous improvement programs.

Develop in-depth knowledge of category specifications, *** products and processes and regulatory requirements.

Build cross functional awareness of the category management role across the organization.

Develop, negotiate, support, and manage supplier contracts with legal and in line with stakeholder / business needs.

Strong leadership and communication skills, including solid interpersonal, analytical and presentation skills.

Execute category initiatives, ensure delivery to milestones, and reporting of value/savings.

Adaptability / flexibility, initiative and time management skills.

Act as the primary contact for Bunzl for day-to-day supply and packaging management.

Strong computer skills & overall systems savvy, with advanced working knowledge of MS Office, with a focus on Excel.

Manage the reconciliation and audit process for the Wardrobing Allowance program and store incentive programs.

Manage the off-site process in partnership with Leasing and Field Leadership. This includes the off-site vehicle process, where applicable.

Strong written and verbal communication as well as analytical and presentation skills.

Knowledge of project management and Clinical customer relationship building

Experience in conflict resolution and negotiation skills

Some Knowledge of general computer skills (i.e. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project and Access).

Services rendered will adhere to applicable SOPs, WIs, study protocols, and relevant training requirements.

Attend P&L Ops meetings to ensure alignment on P&L requirements, timelines, and bright stock strategy.

Manage demand, supply, and inventory issue resolution at the study and compound level.
