Strong knowledge of cross-functional project management and company systems

Ensures appropriate project management resourcing strategy in place to meet corporate and project objectives for new and ongoing projects.

Oversees and ensures maximum performance of project team’s planning, execution and risk management.

15 years of relevant experience

Experience with RFP's and leading bid defense meetings

Experience managing a portfolio in terms of budgets & studies.

Must excel in a fast-paced environment where critical thinking and time management skills are required for success

Manage incoming support cases by prioritizing based on severity and or re-route to other departments as required

Maintain knowledge articles for publishing on the support portal for customers to find frequently asked questions

Degree, or Post-Secondary Education -Information Technology, or related technical field preferred

Experience in a technical support position an asset

Provide timely and world class customer support to users via multiple channels

Education of doctors, including assisting with RIWOspine workshops

Other duties as assigned by Business Manager.

Three years experience in the healthcare field.

Experience in operating room and with OR protocol.

Knowledge of spine anatomy and spine surgical techniques.

Experience with and understanding of cross-cultural differences and the ability to work within this environment is crucial for successful employment.
