The Clinical Program Director is responsible for the recruitment, training, and supervision of clinical staff, and for the development and implementation of educational programs for clinical staff. The Clinical Program Director is also responsible for the development and maintenance of relationships with external stakeholders, including regulatory agencies, payers, and other healthcare organizations.
