Maintain job knowledge of funding source operations across all markets.

Manage funding source verification processes across multiple markets.

Manage funding source authorization processes across multiple markets.

Assist in communicating with client families to explain information concerning their benefit coverage.

Identify key areas of internal opportunity provide input to management team

Experience working in the healthcare insurance and/or healthcare audit industry preferred, but not required

Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills

Excellent computer and data analytical skills

Operate as the point of contact for any and all matters specific to our customers

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
