Clinical Operations Contractor Jobs

Manage incoming support cases by prioritizing based on severity and or re-route to other departments as required

Maintain knowledge articles for publishing on the support portal for customers to find frequently asked questions

Degree, or Post-Secondary Education -Information Technology, or related technical field preferred

Experience in a technical support position an asset

Provide timely and world class customer support to users via multiple channels

Develop and implement emergency and crisis management procedures.

Provide direct security management operation support such as vendor management.

Provide analysis support in reviewing business operations and invoice data with a solid understanding of security management.

Manage assets, supplies, insurance, vehicles, and equipment.

Develop and implement safety and security programs to mitigate potential risks

Build seamless and effective end-to-end user experiences and ensure that project outcomes are widely adopted and understood through enablement and documentation.

Supervise campaign performance metrics and collaborate with campaign managers to test and optimize campaigns and improve engagement rates.

Hands-on experience managing Eloqua and Salesforce, building sophisticated programs at scale. Proven experience in demand generation and marketing operations.

Craft email nurture campaigns and audience segmentation as well as activating and pulling existing data from Eloqua.

Enable business end-users on platform and process changes and enforce process adherence.

Comfortable with driving technical conversations and presenting the information to non-technical business users.

Experienced in developing and executing plans including, but not limited to, study goal, milestone, and risk management plans

Must have experience creating and managing complex study budgets with a focus on financial management of vendors

Strong vendor management experience, from selection to management, and issue escalation. Experience developing and ensuring adherence to scope of work

Collaborate with Data Management to oversee data quality issues (query and data quality management and resolution)

Oversee CRO TMF management and maintenance checks

BA/BS in a relevant scientific discipline or equivalent combination of education/experience in science or a health-related field is required
