Overview:

The Clinical Nurse Coordinator RN Med Surgical is responsible for providing clinical leadership and direction to the nursing staff in the medical-surgical unit. This includes providing direct patient care, developing and implementing nursing protocols, and coordinating patient care services. The Clinical Nurse Coordinator RN Med Surgical is also responsible for ensuring that the nursing staff is adequately trained and competent in providing quality patient care.
