Experience with laboratory data management systems

Manage the collection, structure/format, entry, and reporting of scientific data for various studies.

Identifies and escalates potential data gaps to manager/team lead for resolution prior to analysis.

Perform data normalization prior to data entry, using controlled terminology and following strict editorial guidelines

Strong computer skills; familiarity with Microsoft Office products (e.g., Word, Excel, Access) and Adobe Professional

Solid knowledge of internet searching and pharmaceutical terminology

Good Skills in Handling Incidents, Changes and Problem Management

Strong knowledge & experience of Networking, Storage & Operating system (Windows & Linux)

To provide support for on call escalations or L3 level support and doing incident and problem management

This role requires working in rotational shift to provide 24/7/365 coverage for our managed services customers.

Good Document writing skills and SOP preparation.

Hands-on experience with object storage (AWS S3, NetApp Storage GRID)

Strategic knowledge of FDA and ICH regulations and industry standards applicable to data capture and data management process.

Experience implementing data management best practices, industry data management standards and developing an organization’s data management function.

Minimum 2 years of line management experience or equivalent.

Leads data management activities for outsourced studies and manages vendors responsible for performing those activities from start-up through database lock.

Establish Program(s) or Portfolio level strategies and services; accountable for the management of vendor partnerships to maximize effectiveness and maintain budgets.

Provides data management expertise and capability in support of global development programs; identifies and executes industry best practices.

Recent CRO Experience is MUST as a Manager CDM.

• Participate in innovation and implementation of new technologies resulting in data management process improvements

• Ensure adherence to quality control procedures for data management activities

• Identify inconsistencies and inefficiencies in data management processes and recommend solutions

• Meet the requirements of a Manager with a high degree of proficiency and autonomy

• 6 years’ experience supervising Clinical Data Managers and/or team activities
