The Client Support Supervisor will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients and ensuring that all customer inquiries are handled in a timely and professional manner. The Client Support Supervisor will be responsible for managing a team of customer service representatives and providing guidance to ensure that customer inquiries are handled efficiently and effectively. The Client Support Supervisor will be responsible for monitoring customer service performance, providing feedback and coaching to customer service representatives, and ensuring that customer inquiries are handled in accordance with company policies and procedures. The Client Support Supervisor will also be responsible for resolving customer complaints, escalating customer inquiries to the appropriate department, and providing customer service training to new customer service representatives.
