Develop SOWs and forecast fee revenue, working with project management on the pacing of projects.
Manage all day-to-day aspects of our client relationships, including managing client expectations regarding timelines and budgets.
Cultivate strong relationships with project managers, helping to facilitate the internal dialogue and actions required to launch and maintain key programs.
Responsible for working with finance on monthly reconciliation reports, ensuring client-requested SOPs are executed flawlessly.
