They must be able to effectively communicate with clients and resolve any issues that may arise. They must be able to identify and address any potential problems or issues that may arise. They must be able to develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty. Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
• At least two years of experience in customer service or client relations
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
• Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
