Client Care Data Administrator Jobs

Acquire, track and follow up on various approvals of Firm management and others related to new business intake.

Attend firm-sponsored training to maintain required skill level and knowledge of software applications as requested.

Excellent computer, data entry, proofreading, database and spreadsheet skills.

2-4 years of relevant work experience, preferably within a law firm or professional services environment.

Associate’s degree required. Work experience in lieu of a degree will be considered.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work with personnel at all levels.

Minimum of 1 year of prior banking experience, client service experience or call center experience required.

Well versed and comfortable in utilizing current technology.

Friendly and personable demeanor; a natural interest in helping/supporting others. Easily engages others in conversation.

Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to present complex information in an understandable and compelling manner

Prepare a variety of reports including statistical analyses for stakeholders to assist with decision-making and tracking accountability.

Respond to Ad hoc reporting requests by creating reports as needed for specific situations.

Support acquisition and implementation of new information sources, data collection strategies, data governance, and analytics.

Help staff with data manipulation and analytic methods to improve analytic deliverables when required.

Bachelor’s Degree with concentration in health informatics, computing, epidemiology, statistics, or related field
