Responsible for responding to all emails, faxes, and phone calls within one business day

Communicate effectively and professionally with patients regarding account resolution

Research billing questions and respond to escalated inquiries

Process credit cards, Cedar, Care Credit, and send receipts

Perform Trainings remotely and in-classroom settings.

High School or Equivalent experience.

Knowledge of Information Technology background required.

Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills and sense of urgency.

Ability to effectively handle multiple priorities, working remotely with minimal supervision and high level of attention to detail.

Knowledge of CCURE 9000 and American Dynamics victor is preferred.
