Classified Desktop Support Technician Jobs in Pennsylvania

Will give small training session to end user. Content will be shared by Wipro.

Will help to back up data to OneDrive from old device and transfer to new device (if needed)

Will help to transfer Sim card from old device to new device (if needed)

Collect old device and send to Hammond office.

3 - 6 years of related desktop and/or deskside support experience

Experience supporting mobile data plans, mobile networks, and devices is a plus.

Deskside support role doing hardware repair, troubleshooting of hardware and software images, IMAC tasks.

Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware, and computer peripherals. Documents, maintains, upgrades, or replaces hardware and software systems.

Supports and maintains user account information including rights, security, and systems groups.

Experience in ticket management and requirements.

Experience in data center management (maintenance, equipment removal, IMAC).

2+ years’ experience with end user support, Desktop, Laptop, Printers, VC Rooms, Mobile

Must be available to work after hours, during weekends, holidays, etc.

Location: Lancaster, PA- 17601 (on-site)

$24 - $29 per hour.

Excellent interpersonal & communication skills to work with users, fellow team mates and management.

Good organization & time management skills.

Answers customer questions and resolves issues. Refers other issues/questions to appropriate personnel/manager for follow-up, testing and troubleshooting.

Develops a detailed technical knowledge of end user devices business processes, identifies process improvement initiatives and targeted opportunities for improvements.

Demonstrates analytical and problem solving skills. Ability to solve non-complex hardware and equipment problems.

3+ years of field support experience is required

Candidate Required Minimum Qualifications And Skills

Should have basic knowledge of Mac operating system, to support Apple pc users.

Broad experience in IT with a basic understanding of Networks, Servers, Audio/Visual, Smart Devices and Telecoms.

Minimum of 9 months years of IT experience.

Proven analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication relationship-building and internal customer service skills.
