Position type: Contract

Duration: 6+ Months

Location: Lancaster, PA- 17601 (on-site)

As a Desktop Support, you will:

Responsibilities

• Focus on customer service.
• Experience in ticket management and requirements.
• English mandatory.
• Structured cabling notions.
• Experience with management
• 2+ years’ experience with end user support, Desktop, Laptop, Printers, VC Rooms, Mobile
• Must be available to work after hours, during weekends, holidays, etc.
• Must be a person with good organization, to follow up on their tickets, coordinate scheduled activities, assist with change requests, generate process documentation.
• Experience in data center management (maintenance, equipment removal, IMAC).
• Minimum High school Diploma.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Pay Range*: $24 - $29 per hour.

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
