Assists the Claim Manager in the development of performance reviews for skill improvement

Job Location: Remote work is not available in AK, MT, HI (US)

Provides daily direction and communication to assigned staff to ensure that tasks are handled timely, efficiently and in a knowledgeable manner

Provides performance feedback of direct reports to Claim Manager on a regular basis

Participate and undertake applicable professional, technical and career development training to include attainment of associated qualifications where required

Bachelor’s degree or similar relevant work experience
