Detailed Job Description of Claims Manager The Claims Manager is responsible for overseeing the claims process for an organization. This includes managing the claims process from start to finish, including the initial filing of the claim, the investigation of the claim, and the resolution of the claim. The Claims Manager is also responsible for ensuring that all claims are handled in accordance with the organization’s policies and procedures. The Claims Manager is also responsible for providing guidance and support to staff and customers in the claims process. The Claims Manager is responsible for ensuring that all claims are processed in a timely and efficient manner.
