Overview Citrix VDI Support is responsible for providing technical support and assistance to customers who use Citrix Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) solutions. This includes troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, providing guidance on best practices, and helping customers to optimize their VDI environment. Detailed Job Description Citrix VDI Support is responsible for providing technical support and assistance to customers who use Citrix Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) solutions. This includes troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, providing guidance on best practices, and helping customers to optimize their VDI environment. The role requires a strong understanding of Citrix VDI technologies, including XenDesktop, XenApp, and XenServer. The individual must also be able to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, and provide guidance on best practices for VDI deployments. Job Skills Required• Knowledge of Citrix VDI technologies, including XenDesktop, XenApp, and XenServer
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of networking and system administration
Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in a technical support role
• 3+ years of experience with Citrix VDI technologies
• Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) certification
Job Knowledge
• Knowledge of Citrix VDI technologies, including XenDesktop, XenApp, and XenServer
• Knowledge of networking and system administration
• Knowledge of virtualization technologies
• Knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory
Job Experience
• 5+ years of experience in a technical support role
• 3+ years of experience with Citrix VDI technologies
• Experience with virtualization technologies
• Experience with Windows Server and Active Directory
Job Responsibilities
• Provide technical support and assistance to customers using Citrix VDI solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
