Detailed Job Description Citrix VDI Support is responsible for providing technical support and assistance to customers who use Citrix Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) solutions. This includes troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, providing guidance on best practices, and helping customers to optimize their VDI environment. The role requires a strong understanding of Citrix VDI technologies, including XenDesktop, XenApp, and XenServer. The individual must also be able to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, and provide guidance on best practices for VDI deployments. Job Skills Required
