Children And Families Program Specialist Jobs

Oversees all aspects of hiring and team management.

Serves on the Quality Assurance Committee and Incident Management Committee and other Agency committees as assigned.

Monitors HFNY database and completes quarterly and annual reports.

Provides weekly supervision of Supervisor.

Is a member of community and perinatal task force committees.

Facilitates community partnerships and participation in family/community events and support groups.

Knowledge of effective practices in nonprofit management and strong understanding of community-based organizations

Participate in strategy implementation by developing funding requirements, coordinating connections between grantees within a strategy as needed, and convening grantees.

One year (12 months) of professional experience performing programmatic assessment of children and youth programs. (EXCYP12), AND

Comprehensive knowledge of youth development, principles, and practices; and youth organizations throughout San Francisco.

Experience interacting effectively with San Francisco's diverse communities.

Excellent writing and communication skills.
