Overview A Child Support Business Analyst is responsible for analyzing and evaluating the effectiveness of child support programs and services. They work with stakeholders to identify areas of improvement and develop strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the programs. They also provide technical assistance to staff and stakeholders in the development and implementation of new policies and procedures. Detailed Job Description A Child Support Business Analyst is responsible for analyzing and evaluating the effectiveness of child support programs and services. They work with stakeholders to identify areas of improvement and develop strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the programs. They also provide technical assistance to staff and stakeholders in the development and implementation of new policies and procedures. The Child Support Business Analyst will also be responsible for developing and implementing performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of the programs and services. They will also be responsible for researching and analyzing data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve the programs. Job Skills Required
