The specialist works with families to identify areas of need, develop strategies to address those needs, and provide support and guidance to help families reach their goals. Detailed Job Description A Child and Family Development Training Specialist is responsible for providing training and support to families and children in order to help them develop the skills and knowledge they need to lead healthy, successful lives. The specialist works with families to identify areas of need, develop strategies to address those needs, and provide support and guidance to help families reach their goals. The specialist also provides education and resources to families and children to help them understand and manage their own development. Job Skills Required

Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in child and family development, psychology, social work, or a related field
• Master’s degree in child and family development, psychology, social work, or a related field preferred
• Certification in child and family development or a related field preferred
• Experience working with families and children

• Collaborate with other professionals to ensure families and children receive the best possible care
