Detailed Job Description The Child Care Specialist II is responsible for providing quality child care services to children and families. This includes developing and implementing child care programs, providing guidance and support to families, and ensuring the safety and well-being of children in their care. The Child Care Specialist II is also responsible for providing direct supervision of children in the program, providing guidance and support to families, and ensuring the safety and well-being of children in their care. Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field
• At least two years of experience working with children in a child care setting
• Current certification in CPR and First Aid
• Knowledge of child development and behavior
• Knowledge of child care regulations and standards
• Ability to develop and implement child care programs
• Ability to provide guidance and support to families
• Ability to ensure the safety and well-being of children in their care
