Experience working with computers. Knowledge of basic computer skills and some experience with property management software, email, and databases.
Computer skills required with experience using property management or similar database software, internet, and email.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
Report to management all emergencies damages, fixtures/furniture losses, maintenance needs, equipment repairs, and safety issues.
Produce daily task assignment sheets using SGH property management software system and mediate disputes between staff when supervisor is not available.
Minimum 3-5 years experience housekeeping, custodial, handyperson and/or light maintenance experience required, preferably in a hospitality setting.
