Provide root cause analysis of product issues with effective solutions and design enhancements.

Work with sales, manufacturing, and lab personnel to complete customer lab trials and factory acceptance testing.

Experience developing and implementing improved policies, procedures, and management systems.

Ensure management processes align, are optimized, and work in a complementary fashion working in partnership with relevant departments.

Manage and support CEO in national work and Blue Shield of California (Plan) related projects as needed.

Prefer a minimum of 3-5 years of experience on an executive team.

Knowledge of policy and systems change, and public health approaches preferred.

Philanthropic and non-profit experience a plus.

Experience in Management Consulting, Strategy, Business Operations, or a similar strategic function

Excellent facilitation skills with proven experience driving different viewpoints to alignment

Coordinate and manage the team's operations and resources, including budget, staff, and equipment

Collaborate with the People Experience team to develop and implement employee engagement programs and initiatives

Proven experience with Process Optimization methods (e.g. Six Sigma, Lean, Kaizen, TPS, etc.)

Strong knowledge of current and emerging technologies relevant to customer service
