Lead and manage HR activities supporting employee programs, payroll, and benefits

7-10 years of experience in recruiting

Promote and raise awareness of the firm at schools and online

Oversee and coordination of the overall recruiting process and onboarding successful candidates

Strong business development and client relationship management skills.

Excellent leadership and people management abilities.

Manage company NPS to support future client repeat business.

Developing processes and team members to deliver a world-class consistent recruiting experience.

Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of recruiters, providing guidance and mentoring to enhance their skills and performance.

4. Prepares offer packages and makes formal offers of employment to selected candidates.

Position will require occasional travel and work during weekends and evenings.

3. Adheres to employment policies specifying valid selection processes and legislation concerning equal employment practices.

7. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Serves in a lead capacity and provides functional guidance, advice and/or training to lower level recruiting staff.
