The Chief Maintenance Officer is also responsible for developing and implementing maintenance policies and procedures, as well as ensuring that all maintenance staff are properly trained and certified.

The Chief Maintenance Officer is also responsible for developing and implementing maintenance policies and procedures, as well as ensuring that all maintenance staff are properly trained and certified. The Chief Maintenance Officer is also responsible for developing and implementing preventive maintenance programs, as well as monitoring and evaluating the performance of all maintenance staff.
