Overview:
The Chief Maintenance Officer is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of all buildings, grounds, and equipment. This includes ensuring that all maintenance and repair activities are carried out in a timely and cost-effective manner. The Chief Maintenance Officer is also responsible for developing and implementing maintenance policies and procedures, as well as ensuring that all maintenance staff are properly trained and certified.Detailed Job Description:
