Extensive knowledge of project prioritization, project execution, project management, including knowledge of construction, commissioning, handover, and post-project activities.

Extensive knowledge of contract management and managing contractors.

Extensive knowledge and experience with electric power distribution, design, and operation of medium and high voltage systems.

Extensive knowledge and experience with medium and high voltage distribution systems in mining and/or heavy process industries.

Extensive knowledge and experience with power transmission, full electrical product cycle, power control and protection systems.

Optimize the Vice President/General Manager’s productivity and effectiveness across priorities and organizational management responsibilities

Research, prioritize, and follow up on items of interest or concern to the Vice President/General Manager and suggest appropriate next steps

Prepare Vice President/General Manager for strategic engagements with senior stakeholders via presentations, biographies, talking points, travel itineraries/expense reports

Manage discrete and sensitive confidential information, both internally and externally, with the highest integrity

Identify opportunities for operational improvements and team needs and report back to the Vice President/General Manager

Ability to manage and drive complex tasking/itineraries

· Experience in partnership building and management with various industries.

· Experience scaling emerging technology business driven by Artificial Intelligence, Big Data, Machine Learning

· Strong leadership skills in building high-performing commercial functions.
