1-2 years of experience working with Small Molecule/ Biologics/ devices

Quality testing of final drug product (API, Small Mol, Radiopharmaceutical)

Method development, and validation activities

BS/MS in Chemistry, or related field

Background in Analytical Chemistry(HPLC, GC, TLC, etc.)

Strong understanding of regulatory and cGMP compliance guidelines

Perform any other tasks/duties as assigned by management.

Knowledge and familiarity of equipment including HPLC/GC instrumentation, Atomic Absorption, UV/Vis and FT/IR Spectrophotometers.

Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral) required.

Specific vision requirements include 20/40 near vision (can be corrected with eyeglasses or contacts) and color vision.

Responsible for performing routine testing on raw materials and/or finished product pharmaceuticals in compliance with cGMPs.

Execute wet chemical and analytical methods to assess the purity, potency and stability of drug substances and finished products.

Working in the online learning management system

A Bachelor's degree is preferred along with a minimum of 2 years experience in a pharmaceutical quality control laboratory.

The trainer must exhibit a good understanding of equipment use and proper documentation skills.

Provide hands-on training for new and existing employees

Data review for training paperwork

Preparing/presenting large group training sessions such as CAPA training and enhancements.

Test purchased materials and/or Perrigo manufactured products per cGMP requirements and participate in laboratory investigations

Experience in a laboratory setting preferred.

Strong attention to detail, ability to follow written procedures, and strong communication skills required.

Experience in a laboratory setting preferred, but comprehensive training is provided.

Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word preferred.

Demonstrated critical thinking skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and with others.

Any other responsibilities delegated by the Quality Assurance Manager.

Employs safe work habits and complies with all applicable safety requirements.

One to three years of wet chemistry testing experience.

Statistical Process Control, Data Analysis, PC skills

Must have strong problem-solving abilities specifically in technical matters.

Provide daily production support including testing, adjusting and disposition of raw materials, products and packaging.

The minimum educational or experience requirement is a 2-year technical chemistry degree or 5-7 years of related laboratory experience.

The position requires working on rotating shifts (24/7 operations) at the discretion of supervisory and management personnel.

Participates in HES activities provided by site management and Arkema Inc. (e.g., Behavioral Base Safety, SafeStart, etc.).

Take steps necessary to retain all QC Lab technician skills you have developed.

Ensure recycling of blocked stock when possible based on recycling advice provided by Quality Manager.

Use troubleshooting skills to identify instrument deviations and problems. Resolve if capable.

Enters final results and raw data for tested materials or products in LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System) as needed.

Bachelor’s degree in a science field with knowledge and experience in one of the following areas: Chemistry, Biology, or Microbiology
