Supports technology/infrastructure staff in identifying data relationships and functional requirements; implements resolutions to issues related to information flow and content.

Assists with maintaining database support tools, database tables and dictionaries, recovery and backup procedures.

Supports simple data modeling studies and develops data models; maintains data model and entity relationship diagrams.

May provide expertise to other professionals and support staff in the database operations and administration discipline.

Will provide clear written and verbal communication to neighbours, in support of database operational requests and needs.

Must be responsible and have good time management skills.

GL Management: maintain and reconcile the department’s GLs.

Must be goal and detail-oriented and able to multi-task and have good teamwork skills.

Must demonstrate good oral and written communication skills.

Must have good problem-solving skills.

Current FCRA Certification (or the ability to obtain after hire)

Ability to manage difficult situations with clients, providing clients with information, data, and company procedures.

Possess strong oral and written communication skills, highly organized with the ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and work independently or collaboratively.

Maintain confidentially at all times

Ability to navigate computer applications while speaking with clients and applicants

Answer inbound and outbound phone calls and voice messages through the call center software

Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors

Accredited degree or global equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Management, or related technical discipline

Translate customer and business requirements into practical and affordable solutions

Job related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job

Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable local, state/province, and federal/national statutes and guidelines

Demonstrated strong technical and non-technical communication skills, both oral and written

Basic skill following, interpreting and applying relevant data/instructions to guidelines, procedures, practices and regulations

Effective skill exercising initiative and using good judgment to make sound decisions

Basic skill interacting tactfully and effectively in difficult situations
