One (1) to three (3) years of experience working in a medical practice setting or in a health insurance organization

Experience as a medical receptionist

Experience with multiline phone system

Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in medical record management to enhance knowledge and skills

Excellent organizational, time-management, and multi-tasking skills with strong attention to detail

Proven experience in medical record management or a similar role within a healthcare setting

Excellent written and verbal communication skills; must be comfortable communicating with senior-level leadership, providers, and health plans

Strong interpersonal and presentation skills

Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Prep jambs per order requirements

Apply weather stripping to head and get the proper sill per order requirements

Solid verbal and written communication skills

Must be able to read a tape measure and have basic math skills

Must demonstrate solid teamwork abilities

Previous work experience in a production environment, preferred
