Overview The Charles River Business Analyst is responsible for providing business analysis and support for the Charles River Investment Management System. The Business Analyst will work closely with the business users and IT teams to ensure the successful implementation and maintenance of the system. Detailed Job Description

The Charles River Business Analyst will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Analyze business requirements and develop functional specifications for the Charles River Investment Management System.
• Develop test plans and test cases to ensure the system meets the business requirements.
• Work with the business users to ensure the system is configured to meet their needs.
• Provide technical support to the business users and IT teams.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to the system.
• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements.
• Assist with the development of training materials and user guides.
• Assist with the implementation of new features and enhancements.
• Provide support for system upgrades and maintenance.
