BS in Chemical, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering and/or 5+ years’ experience in maintenance and equipment reliability management.

Experience in OEE management and equipment productivity improvements.

Working knowledge of CMMS systems, procedures, and technical store management.

Advanced Mechanical and Electrical skills. PLC knowledge is a plus.

Ability to lead and manage all aspects of the maintenance management process, including servicing, calibration, testing, alignment, adjustment, and installation.

Works closely with Quality, Safety Production, Logistics and Engineering Managers to coordinate any proposed changes using the change management system.

Minimum 2 years of industry experience in the power sector.

Quantitative background and degree (e.g., economics, finance, engineering).

Required programming & software skills include: SQL Server, VBA, python (optional).

Knowledge of the structure of wholesale power markets and their operation.

Excellent problem-solving skills and interest in using both qualitative and quantitative methods to answer market questions.

Superb communications skills, with demonstrated ability and comfort interacting with clients and industry stakeholders.

Project Management certification preferred, with demonstrated experience working with cross functional, diverse and multicultural teams in agile and waterfall

Good knowledge of the R&D Biopharmaceutical industry, processes and ecosystems preferred

Experience applying Design Thinking/ Human Centric Design to drive change and transformation required

Operational Excellence certification preferred (LEAN or other), with demonstrated leadership executing complex transformation projects

Experienced or with strong interest in applying technology and data to process improvement

Strong business acumen and customer orientation with strong analytical thinking and digital literacy skills

Strong project and budget management skills.

Develops and/or manages delivery of value propositions/messaging for assigned offerings. Develops and/or executes awareness/consideration/preference (ACP) and/or demand generation campaigns.

Develops and/or executes upsell/cross-sell/attach efforts. May manage customer-facing aspects of offering launch, refresh and end-of-life (EOL) programs.

Extensive marketing experience, including offering marketing, segment marketing and partner marketing.

Expert knowledge of offering, segment, partner and account- based marketing.

Ability to interface effectively with all levels of management and functional disciplines.

A minimum of 10 years of demonstrated senior management responsibilities and demonstrated operational management responsibilities.

Strong leadership and management skills.

Develop and implement training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge

Report operational proficiency to senior management with respect to meeting goals, SLAs, and resolving issues.

Previous experience in the Personal lines & Commercial insurance environment for Policy lifecycle Support.

Experience directly managing a call center across multiple clients and work types.

Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Engineering, Finance.

Develop, track and manage the forecast process, performance analysis, metrics/KPIs to drive forecast accuracy.

10+ years of experience in Sales Operations / Revenue Operations

Experience working with a SaaS company; high growth Scale-up experience a plus

Experience building dashboards and queries in a BI tool (Tableau CRM is a plus), highly proficient in Excel.

Superior organizational and analytical skills with great attention to details.
