Manage all documentation and reporting requirements for the quality system

Prepares and presents technical and program information to team members and management.

Performs quality engineering reviews and/or design documentation for compliance with stated requirements, including vendor quality specifications and company quality records.

Bachelor's degree required. Preferably in engineering, business, operations management, or similar field.

5 years of experience in manufacturing required.

Effective coaching, facilitation, presentation, and team building skills.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to get results through mentoring others.

7 Years operations supervisory experience showing increasing levels of responsibility.

Taking charge of full P&L management, ensuring financial success.

Leveraging your strong background in strategy, operations, business development, and finance.

Leading and managing within a highly technical environment.

Driving innovation by pushing the boundaries of technology.

Investment management (i.e., IRR, NAV, revenue forecasting, etc.) is also required.

Qualified candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.

Must have experience working in a small business setting.

ERP systems (QuickBooks) and strong Excel skills are important.

CPA is preferred, but not required.

Multi-family real estate or agricultural/farming industries is preferred.

Experience with calculating nominal and effective tonnage and/or kW requirements, along with reading and knowing schematics

4-7 years of experience working on power generator equipment, performing inspections, maintenance, and repairs

Strong Mechanical background with Diesel experience and advanced working experience with CUMMINS, VOLVO, and ISUZU engines

Knowledge of Gas, compressed air, electrical, controls, oil-free air compressors, and HVAC are preferred

Based on the customer requirements, you may be required to obtain and maintain a TWIC card or valid DOT medical card

Opportunity to work overtime and weekends and there is a potential for travel

Education or work experience in electronics, control systems, AC/DC motors OR current journeyman's electrical card

Proficient verbal and written communication skills to deliver information to coworker(s) and supervisor(s)

Experience reading and understanding instructions (examples may include: operating and safety rules, bulletins, special instructions, and federal regulatory documents)

Experience working outdoors in variable weather conditions (consider professional, personal, and volunteer experience)

Experience with large motor generators and/or high-voltage circuitry

Experience working with electronics and/or electro-mechanical systems

Oversees safety of operations and training and qualification of locomotive engineers on assigned territory.

Conducts safety audits, rules checks, and participates in the disciplinary process where such corrective action is appropriate.

Travel Required: OVER 10 Days per Month,
