Certified Industrial Hygienist – Atlanta Jobs

Five + Years of commercial property management experience with a preference to industrial experience.

Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) from an accredited four-year college or university, and a minimum of five years property management experience

Work closely with the asset management, leasing, marketing and accounting teams to provide the highest level of service to our tenants.

Conduct routine property inspections, promptly advising asset management of any property related repairs and recommendations.

Respond to and resolve any after-hours emergency calls as needed. Notify asset management as to emergency situation, as deemed appropriate.

Provide effective and concise written and oral communication to supervisors, asset management and other team personnel.

At least 3 years of Retail Sales and Client Service experience, preferably in a luxury consumer goods environment

Ability to develop strong and lasting relationships with people through strong communication, organization and follow-through skills

Ability to adjust priorities and manage time in a fast-paced environment, adaptable to strategies which address evolving business trends

Maintain a strong drive for results and a positive, team first attitude at all times

Develop local and international client book with the ability to recruit and develop top clients

Demonstrate strong product expertise, engage clients through the details and stories of our products

ABIH Certified Industrial Hygiene certification required

BCSP Certified Safety Professional certification preferred

15 or more years of experience successfully performing essential duties required

A Bachelor of Science Degree from an accredited college or university in Safety or Industrial Hygiene is required.

Master of Science in Industrial Hygiene or related field is preferred.

Must be capable of performing mathematical computations common in construction safety, including algebra, trigonometry, logarithmic functions, and calculus required.

Process inbound material documentation (transfers and mill purchase orders), prepare warehouse receiving reports, and process receipts through WAS or i5.

Coordinate and schedule appointments for inbound shipments

Coordinate Outbound shipments with Ruan Fleet and plan truck routes/loads

Scan and post all Proof of Deliveries into applicable WAS manifest

Maintain and assist with DOCK items to keep inventory clean

Process and report RMA and damaged material for deposition

Ten or more years’ relevant experience in environmental/IH consulting, health & safety, and/or insurance

Strong written/verbal communications, presentation and interpersonal skills

Indoor air quality assessment and other IH program design/implementation

Fungal and microbial contamination investigations

Service a wide range of clients, particularly within the insurance industry

Provide expert witness testimony and litigation support services.
