Provides program development support by assisting the Manager withpreparation of educational materials, data collection forms, policies, and procedures, etc.

Assists Manager and Director with research, writing, reporting, and management of grants and contracts as requested.

Prepares presentations and create marketing materials for Community Health programs, in collaboration with Goodwill marketing team and Manager.

Attends reflective supervision meetings with Manager.

Serves as program contact during Managers extended absence.

Provide perinatal education to priority populations as assigned by the Manager.

1-2 years' experience in healthcare, community health, early childhood education, or social services preferred.

Provide the client with emotional, physical, and educational support using a client-centered approach.

Attend reflective supervision meetings with Manager.

Build awareness of Goodwills Community Health programs through community outreach activities and events approved by the Manager.

Outreach, Education, and Resource Management

Assist NFP Director with research, writing, and program management of grants and contracts as needed.

Excellent interpersonal skills, experience in training, coaching, mentoring, facilitation, motivational interviewing, therapeutic relationships.

Knows and understands the Goodwill Mission: Strengthen communities by empowering individuals and families through education, training and job placement.

Manage operations of BASE Doula Services and Community Doula outreach and resource support within GIMs service area.

Coordinate services and service delivery strategy in accordance with grant and funder requirements and agency resources, policies, and procedures.

Demonstrates proper performance of skills reflected and validated by the C.N.A. competency checklist.

Demonstrates knowledge of use of all patient care equipment.

Exchanges routine information in an appropriate manner requiring good oral and written communication skills.

Assists the RN, LPN/LVN and other members of the clinical team in the care of the patient.

Properly plans/organizes work for assigned shift to properly utilize time, resources, manpower, supplies to ensure patient receives appropriate quality care.

Accurately completes and documents assignments.
