Time, territory, and inventory management

This position is a remote position.

Provide direction and develop mentoring skills to mentor

Provide superior customer service; through applying effective communication skills in order to build loyalty while proactively managing and resolving high-stress situations

Champion utilization of remote support tools to proactively improve instrument up time

Proactively improve expertise through continuous learning and certifications

Minimum three (3) years project or program management experience.

Minimum three (3) years experience supervising, managing, or leading a protective services workforce (e.g., security, law enforcement, corrrections, etc.).

Minimum two (2) years of experience managing operational or project budgets.

Minimum five (5) years of experience in a leadership role with direct reports.

Drivers License (in location where applicable)

Knowledge of good laboratory skills including sample and reagent preparation, sample handling, and good record keeping

Management retains the discretion to add to or change the duties of the position at any time.

Performs data entry using various types of applications Continuously audits analytical data

2+ years previous analytical lab experience preferred

Strong communication and organization skills

Performs chemical analysis of grapes, juice, fermenters, and wine following standard operating procedures and protocols
