Collection and organization of all marketing assets and archiving those assets in appropriate asset management platforms

Establish positive relationships with coordinators/managers across internal and external businesses, i.e., C-suite admins, development/current department colleagues, producers/talent assistants, and partners

Pays close attention to details and can manage projects effectively

General administrative duties (e.g., schedule meetings, book travel and accommodation, submit expense reports and payments, etc.)

Ownership of metadata collection and distribution

15+ years of experience in the hospitality industry in Design, Construction, Architecture, and Project Management

Solely provide video production support.

Creating video assets to support in-house initiatives (GPS, Marketing, Game Presentation, etc.)

Supports video needs around day-to-day narrative around the team. (Basketball facing content).
