Center Court Attendant Jobs

Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

Two (2) years of journey-level court operations clerical support experience; or

Effective October 2023, a 4% COLA increase $24.67 - $31.47

Effective October 2024, a 3% COLA increase $25.41 - $32.41

Graduation from high school or GED equivalent

Greets customers/patrons entering the centers. This duty is performed daily.

Answers phone calls to provide information regarding the facility, programs, and events. This duty is performed daily.

Responsible for monitoring patrons and ensuring the safety of the patrons. This duty is performed daily.

Responsible for monitoring and ensuring reservations follow the reservation schedule. This duty is performed daily.

Engages patrons to resolve complaints using facility policies and procedures. This duty is performed as required.

Maintaining facility records and patron count. This duty is performed daily.

One year of experience in a cash-handling position.

Knowledge of proper cash handling procedures.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Basic English reading and writing skills; proficient English conversation skills.

Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated patience and tact.

Exceptional detail and follow-up skills.

Maintain and balance petty cash, Resident Trust Fund monies, and gift shop funds

One year of experience in a cash-handling position.
