Cellular Modem Firmware Engineer Jobs

Excellent Knowledge & Experience in Automation and Scripting skills using Python

Hands on experience in Wireless System Testing, Certification, IOT and/or Cellular System Performance.

Solid experience of 5G NR PHY/MAC and higher layer control and user planes

Experience in defining, developing and validating cellular modem system test cases for mobile devices using popular test development platforms.

Bachelors/Master Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience

Good understanding of mmWave challenges and 5G Standalone protocol

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

5 years of experience with 3GPP standards.

Experience with Android RIL, Telephony, C and Embedded RTOS.

Experience with development in cellular protocol stack (e.g., control or data plane).

Experience in 3GPP (e.g., NR, LTE, WCDMA).

Experience in modem performance analysis and improvement, call performance (e.g., CSFB/VoLTE/EPSFB/VoNR, WiFi calling), data performance, connectivity performance, thermal/power performance.
