Work with celebrity relations staff and VIP Event Specialists to develop a team with strong talent management skills

Establish and enforce processes for providing a consistent guest experience, as well as ensuring proper compliance and data capture

Below are some key elements we're looking for:

Strong relations with celebrity talent, stylists, and assistants

5 years of communications, celebrity/brand management, event/agency experience

Assist with management of budget and track invoicing for collaborations.

Manage external partner-specific requests needed by multi-functional teams including online and social media special events/activities.

Create and manage database for regionally relevant talent Globally.

Handle logistics and coordination of talent appearances, travel arrangements, itineraries, green room requirements, and run of shows.

Expand knowledge of international landscapes and familiarize yourself with cultural nuances.

Independent self-starter and team management skills

In partnership with NY office, manage negotiations with VIP’s/agent

In partnership with NY office, manage and administer all third-party agreements.

Minimum 5+ years’ experience within the retail industry

Exceptional analytical, communication and relationship building skills

Award Season events (Golden Globes, Oscars, Grammys, etc.).

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred and minimum 4 years’ experience in industry or related field.

Successfully demonstrated leadership experience of at least 2 years

Extensive service and/or call center experience preferably in the Travel / Casino Industry of 2 years or more

Extensive training and coaching skills

MEXICO Manager, Celebrity Engagement Center

List any responsibilities for budget, expenses and/or achievement of revenue targets in US Dollars.

Manage several projects from beginning to end with budget management responsibility

Co-ordinate PR agencies and in-house showrooms in the management of media enquiries

Manage the showroom; including but not limited to presentations, appointments, VIP seeding

Plan, organise, and manage local brand events and press days including event logistics and PR strategies

Experience working with VIP/celebrity clients and agencies

Experience planning PR strategies and events for retail companies

Manage several projects from beginning to end with budget management responsibility

Manage and upload to fashion apps LTK, Pinterest, Amazon.

E commerce and coding experience a plus.

Must be able to work in a fast paced entertainment environment without being micromanaged.

Create, shoot, edit, light, upload in real time to all platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and Facebook.

Must be a fast typist and know Dropbox, Zoom, Google Calendar, and WhatsApp.
